Refund Policy

Refunds are only allowed to be authorised if our team has not yet begun on your custom project. You'll know once we've begun as we will notify you via email or social media. We work this way so we don't waste any time on our team.

This means that refund can be authorised from the time an order has been placed, up to the point of order initiation. If you would like a refund, please contact us via email (support@romyartsgfx.co.uk) or our Instagram or Twitter (@RomyArtsGFX).

Under no circumstances are refunds permitted with orders of premade designs. This is because a download link is immediately sent via email once a premade designs has been purchased.
