Q: What if I don't like my graphics?
A: All custom orders come with a set amount of revisions. So if you don't like your design, instead of wrapping up the project as a whole, we can continue to edit and perfect it to your needs.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We only permit refunds if our team has not begun on your order yet. This is so our designers' times aren't wasted. So if you place an order, you can cancel it and get a refund at any point until you are notified of your order initiation. If you'd like a refund, please contact us via our email (support@romyartsgfx.co.uk).
Q: How long do custom order's take?
A: The turnover rate is indicated in the description on the product page of the custom graphics you require. If you are ordering multiple custom graphics (e.g. logo and emotes), you can expect the turnover rate to be a little longer than what's stated in the descriptions.
Q: Are the rights of the graphics mine? Can I use it wherever I want?
A: Yes. Once we've emailed the custom graphics to you, you have the right to use it in anyway you wish, and no watermarks are left on them. As an organisation, we may use a watermarked version of your graphics to post in our portfolio and on our designers' social media pages.
Q: I have no idea what I want. Can I still get graphics?
A: Of course! Although some people come to us with a full vision, we also converse with and help clients who don't. Let our creative experience guide you.
Q: Do I get the source file?
A: We do not release the source files in almost all occasions. However if you would like it, it would come at a cost and you can email us at support@romyartsgfx.co.uk
Q: If I buy a premade logo can anyone else buy it?
A: Premade logos are there to be sold multiple times. So yes, if you purchase it, others can purchase it also.
